TeamViewer Remote Support
One of our support engineers has asked you to go to this page so that he can temporararily access your computer for a remote support session:
- Download TeamViewer QuickSupport from here
- Double-click on the file and follow the installation instructions
- If you have a firewall installed, and if it requests it, Allow TeamViewer access into and out of your PC
- When the TeamViewer connect window pops up - check that the "Ready to connect" light (1) is green. If it is not, verify that your Internet connection is working
- Contact the engineer and supply him with Your ID and Password (2)
The support engineer will take over from there!
