How do I make a complaint?

At Softflare Limited, we take all complaints very seriously, and we'll do everything we can to fix anything you're unhappy with as quickly and effectively as possible. Your complaints give us a chance to put things right and help us improve our service to all our customers.
In the event of a complaint, it is important to get the nature of your complain down on paper and in front of the right person as quickly as possible.
Therefore, please use the following short form giving us your contact details and a brief outline of the nature of your complaint. We promise to reply to you within 6 working hours. We will do everything we can to resolve your issue. The reply will come directly from the designated person responsible for the service you are complaining about.
If you are unhappy with the reply that you are given, you may contact the Managing Director directly to escalate your case. His contact details will be included in the correspondence given to you. Please keep copies of all correspondence that may shed light on or give more weight to your complaint. Your complaints give us a chance to put things right and help us improve our service to all our customers.
